In this role, you will be the sole agent at the dealership. The sales process will begin and end with you.

Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategies to pursue those opportunities, and building relationships with clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct research and gather information about potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to pursue new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
  • Be the leader in sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Basic marketing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,521.00 - $71,255.00 per year
